Guided Meditation

     The following practices are intended to help anyone to overcome an issue in life or to help calm the mind for true Meditation to happen.

     True Meditation happens when the mind become still. This stillness may occur during gaps in though at the beginning, but with time and practice the stillness will happen easier and last for longer periods of time.

     During any practice, it is best and most important to relax throughout the entire practice as well as to step back from life before the practice starts.

Awareness of the hands

   This practice is good for beginners because all you are doing is keeping your awareness centered on the hands, while also being aware of any sensations felt in the hands. 



Awareness of the heartbeat

     This practice helps to develop or strengthen your concentration by keeping your awareness focused on the pulse in certain areas of the body along with your heartbeat.

      This practice is done with the spine in an erect but comfortable position, this is done so the Chakras are in aliment and the Nadis meaning "energetic pathways" are not restricted, allowing for the free flow of Prana meaning "life force energy."
